Klaris Mind Clinic provides specialist, consultant-led mental health services, including:

  • IV ketamine therapy for treatment-resistant conditions

  • Follow-up and ongoing care

  • Other clinically appropriate therapies as recommended

All care is delivered by appropriately qualified medical professionals, including Consultant Psychiatrists and Consultant Anaesthetists where required.

Treatment recommendations are made on an individual basis following clinical assessment.

4. Booking and Payment

Appointments can be arranged via our website or through our team.

Pre-payment
All appointments require full payment at the time of booking to secure your session.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 48 hours’ notice

  • Changes made within 48 hours of the appointment will be fully chargeable

  • Missed appointments are non-refundable

In exceptional circumstances, adjustments may be made at the clinic’s discretion.

All treatments are subject to clinical assessment and suitability.

  • Booking an appointment does not guarantee eligibility for a specific treatment

  • Final decisions regarding treatment are made by the responsible Consultant Psychiatrist

  • In some cases, alternative recommendations may be made in the patient’s best interests

  • Arrange safe transport home where required (e.g. after IV treatment)

Failure to follow guidance may result in treatment being postponed or declined.
